Free Shipping!
Our prices include UPS ground shipping charges for deliveries within the 48 contiguous United States. Due to restrictive freight charges and tariff issues, our prices do not reflect free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US including Military APO addresses.

Delivery to Canada
There is a $9.00 handling fee for orders shipping to Canada.

Delivery Outside the Contiguous United States and Canada
We can ship all of our items to customers living outside the contiguous United States via UPS Air, but the charges will be added to your order.

International, Overnight and Other Special Shipping Requests
These various shipments are available by special request only. Shipping and handling charges will be in addition to our normal prices.

Instructions for International and Special Shipments:
You must request an international or special shipment by e-mail. All requests should be e-mailed to: ordering@classonedistributing.com. You will need to provide the following information: Name, item numbers and quantities to be ordered, E-MAIL address, and shipping information. Special shipment methods other than standard must also be indicated.

Shipping information must include: ship to address, country, zip code, and phone number. We will respond via e-mail with the additional shipping and handling costs. This amount must be entered by you in the box marked “other shipping and handling charges” on the order page. All special shipment orders will be reviewed by our ordering department before shipping.

No Hassle Return Policy: Your satisfaction is our goal!
You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Items received with shipping damage must be reported to us within five business days. You must request a return by e-mail at: returns@classonedistributing.com. All items must be in the original condition and in the original box, unless damaged in shipping. Items that have been installed, drilled, scratched, or otherwise damaged are no longer in salable condition and are not eligible for return.

Additional charges or credits may be applied to your credit card as follows:
If you are returning your item due to shipping damage or our error, and you are requesting an even dollar replacement, no additional charges or credits will be applied to your credit card. As security, we will hold a pre-authorization on your credit card for the amount of replacement until we receive the item(s) and they have been inspected. Note: A pre-authorization is not a charge; it only gives us the right to charge.

If you are returning your item(s) due to shipping damage or an order error on our part, and are not requesting an even dollar replacement, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price (plus sales tax if applicable) once we receive the item(s) back from you and they have been inspected.

If you are returning your item(s) due to a change of mind or you ordered a part by error, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price (plus sales tax if applicable) less the cost of original shipping. The refund will be issued once we have received the item(s) back from you and they have been inspected. If you would like to reorder this or another item, please follow our normal website ordering procedures.

Instructions for Returns:
You must request a return by e-mail at: returns@classonedistributing.com. The reasons for return must be clearly stated, as well as your desire for replacement or refund. Once approved, we will respond via e-mail with a return form and a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). This number must appear on the returning box or boxes. Non-approved returns, or items returned without a valid RGA will void your return rights.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
